Shaheed Bhai Jugraj Singh Toofan - Deputy Chief of Khalistan Liberation Force Shaheed Bhai Jugraj Singh ‘Toofan’ was born in 1971 at village Cheema Khurd. His father Sardar Mohinder Singh, Jugraj Singh have five sisters, being the only son of his parents.
