Is he alive,if so,where ?

Is he related to Badal ?

swaran singh ghotna retired in late 1992 as ssp jagraon ludhiana district.in 1986 he was dsp in jalandher.when bhai manbir singh vanished ghotna was the man in charge.he was also ssp kapurthala.his son is sp hq jalandher satinder singh and they live in the garha area of jalandher city as do many other retired police officers from the militancy days
