the mastermind behind the assasination of sp operations tarn taran harjit singh and his gunmen in a bomb blast nov 1990 was top militant leader avtar singh from one of the militant organisations in dr sohan singh panthic commitee,he was killed in a encounter with security forces on feb 23rd 1991

yes thats right kcf panjwar commander for uttar pradesh major singh took part in the action called operation shera and shaheed bhai avtar singh planned it.

lt general swaranjit singh alias kala was an a category hardcore militant of the bhindranwale tiger force khalistan and was the mastermind behind the killings in new dehli greater kailash and chittaranjan park of hindus etc and the bombs found at new dehli railway station, aswell as actions in the majha region of amritsar,he was gunned down along with 2 other militants in amritsar on december 15th 1988 by the security forces

khalistani, were is the singh soorme magazine i cant see it on the site
,is it in english or punjabi language
