Bhai Navneet Singh Ji Khadian was born in the year 1970, in a middle class family. At a very young age he showed his yearning to learn about Sikhi and would often go to the local Gurdwara by himself and carry out seva and listen to Katha (discourse) and Kirtan.

After taking part in education in his local school he went to study further at Bidar Engineering College in the state of Karnataka, South India.

In the year 1985, Hindu mobs attacked the college and killed 10 students studying at the college. The local Sikh population fought hard to prosecute the guilty and as India has one law for the minorities and one for the majority, the cases were not brought to book. The episode in Bhai Navneet Singh Ji's young life left a considerable mark on him. He went back to his homeland and enrolled at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. Here he witnesses a living hell with daily killings of Sikh youths, torture and the discrimination in the field of employment on social and religious grounds.

As a well educated and religious man Bhai Sahib decided to take spiritual inspiration from Sikh history and take the path of a saint soldier.

He joined the Khalistan Liberation Force under the command of Bhai Gujrant Singh Ji Budhsingwala. His courage, dedication, resourcefulness and leadership qualities soon won him great admirers across the Sikh community. After the martyrdom of Bhai Kuldeep Singh Keepa Shekhupua, Bhai Sahib took overall command of the K.L.F.

On the night of 25th February 1994, aged just 24, Bhai Sahib gained martyrdom at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Yeah , here are some Bhai shaibs major successes
According the records of Designated Court-I, New Delhi, to the in Sessions Case No.4 of 2000, Navneet Singh was wanted in connection to a Bomb Blast case, which happened in the year 1991, that was meant to kill Mr. Sumedh Saini, Senior Superintendent of Police Chandigarh in which SSP Saini and 13 other officers from the Punjab Police and the Central Reserve Police Force were injured.[1]
He had also planned and executed a high profile bomb attack on the President of Indian Youth Congress (I), Maninderjit Singh Bitta in New Delhi on September 11th 1993. Per these court records, On 2nd September, 1993, Navneet Singh Kadian along with Kuldeep Singh Keepa conducted the tour of the office of MS Bitta at 5, Rai Sina Road, New Delhi. They made two failed attempts on 6th and 9th of september, 1993. On 6th September, 1993, their Bomb explosion mechanism did not work and they could not trigger the blast. On 9th September, 1993, MS Bitta did not come to the office.
Finally they triggered the blast, of 40 Kg of RDX, on September 11th, 1993. The other high profile militants involved in this attack were Khalistan Liberation Force chief, Kuldeep Singh Keepa Shekhupura, Pawan Kumar alias Chajju, Mr Charni, Harnaik Singh alias Chotu, Mr. Daya Singh Lahoria, Mr. Sukha alias Sangatpuria and Devenderpal Singh Bhullar, alias Deepak, who was later extradited to India from West Germany and who is currently on a deathrow in Tihar Jail, Delhi.
Navneet Singh’s associates were also involved in the abduction of a Romanian diplomat Liviu Radu in the year of 1992[1] to publicize their cause at the world level. Mr Radu was not harmed and was released later.
Navneet Singh took over the command of the Khalistan Liberation Force after the death of Mr. Kuldeep Singh Keepa Shekhupura. Navneet Singh along with Daya Singh Lahoria, Mr. Lahoria’s wife Mrs. Suman Sood alias Kanwaljeet Kaur and Harnek Singh were involved in the kidnapping of Congress (I) leader Ram Niwas Mirdha's son Rajinder Mirdha in 1995, in an attempt to force the Indian Government to release his associate Devenderpal Singh Bhullar, alias Deepak, from its custody. Mr Mirdha was kidnapped from a residential colony on February 17, 1995
