bhai deepa was a great lt general of kcf he was the most feared karkoo of doaba. bhai deepa punished many shiv sena and punjab police butchers who were responsible for killing many singhs although bhai deepa was a sehejdhari he did do alot of mahaan seva for the panth bhai deepa was respected by many karkoo groups he worked and carried out many actions with other karkoos like harminder singh lala duleewaal satnam singh sutti kulvir singh parmjit singh panjwar bhai gurjit singh and many more shaheeds he was a rare diomand of the panth more should be done to pay repect to this mahaan shaheed of kcf.

A lot of Singhs originally started of in AISSF, which was pretty much a recruiting group for Jujharoo jathebandis, especially KCF. Such as Bhai Gurjit Singh (SSF) alongside General Labh Singh

So it's possible that Bhai Sukhvinder Singh 'Ladoo' was originally in AISSF then joined KCF, or operated under KCF in actions alongside Deepan Heran.
